Online entry has now closed - please enter at registration on Sunday morning 7.30am - 10.30am. Please bring cash/cheque as no eftpos facilities are available at the registration venue.

Confirmation of Entry

Please click the confirmation of entry tab above and search for your name. Online entries will be automatically sent a confirmation e-ticket via email.

Postal entries are not confirmed until they have been received by us and processed. Once processed, postal entries will be sent a confirmation e-ticket via email (please print your email address clearly on your entry form). Direct debit transfer of your entry fee does not indicate confirmation of your entry - you MUST send in a signed entry form by post/fax. All other event information is to be collected at registration.

Late Entries

Late entries will be accepted up to half an hour prior to the start of your race on race day at the event registration. No eftpos or credit card facilities will be available at registration on the Sunday. Do not send postal entries after the 2nd March as they will not be received in time for processing, please enter at registration.

Refunds Policy

Refunds prior to the 3rd March will incur a $10.00 administration fee. There will be no refunds from the 3rd March. In the case of a natural disaster, closure of the forest due to high winds or other uncontrollable factors, "Act of God" conditions causing the cancellation of the event, entry fees will not be refunded.
